Join Us

If you’re interested in joining one of our programs, you can start with a referral from Alta California Regional Center. We also welcome participants through the Self-Determination Program, which offers more flexibility in choosing services tailored to your needs. Simply ask your Service Coordinator to complete the referral form and send the necessary documents to us.

Work of Art Eligibility Requirements:

  • An interest in developing artistic talents and artistic development

  • 18 and over

  • Have Alta California Regional Center referral and funding, Self Determination, and/or private pay

  • Ability to independently take care of all personal needs; or have a personal assistant to support personal needs

  • Ability to participate in art instruction at 1:8 support ratio

  • Not a danger to self or others

  • Does not require care or supervision in the community

Employment Services Eligibility Requirements:

  • An interest in developing employment related skills and gain competitive integrated employment

  • 18 and over

  • Have Alta California Regional Center referral and funding, Self Determination, and/or private pay

  • Ability to independently take care of all personal needs; or have a personal assistant who can support personal needs

  • Not a danger to self or others

  • Does not require care or supervision in the community

Passage Eligibility Requirements:

  • An interest in developing vocational and social skills

  • 18 and over

  • Have an Alta California Regional Center referral. Funding can be through the Regional Center, Self Determination, and/or private pay

  • Service areas include: Sacramento, Elk Grove, Galt, Auburn, Rocklin, Davis and Woodland

  • Have a history of behavior challenges, have been unsuccessful in other programs, or are transitioning out of the school system

  • Ability to work in a community-based setting, and be safe to receive transportation in personal vehicles

  • If a walker a is used, it fits in a standard sized vehicle, and the participant is able to support themselves from their walker into the vehicle and restroom
