Job Requirements

To join our team, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Reliable Transportation: You have a dependable vehicle for travel.

  • Driving Requirements: Must have a current driver's license, valid car insurance, and up-to-date vehicle registration. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.

  • Clean Driving Record: No more than two at-fault accidents, three minor moving violations, or four non-moving violations in the past 3 years. A combination of four or more of these violations is also not allowed. Additionally, no major moving violations within the past 4 years.

  • Background Check Clearance: Required for all candidates.

  • Pre-Employment Physical: Necessary for positions with the Southside Employment Services Department.
