Thank you for your support!

We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks for attending our recent fundraising event. Your presence and generous support truly made it a night to remember.

Thanks to your contributions, we were able to raise significant funds that will go directly towards empowering adults with disabilities through our various programs at Southside Unlimited. Your donations are already making a difference, providing resources for our art studios, vocational training, and community integration activities. Together, we are creating opportunities and fostering independence for those we serve.

Want to stay involved? We have great opportunities:

  • Save the Date for next year’s Fresh Palate: Saturday September 27, 2025

  • Join Southside’s Fundraising Committee: Have fun and make a difference! Come to our Meet and Greet on Tuesday, November 12 from 4pm-6pm to learn more.

  • Check out Work of Art Studios and enjoy in an art class.

We are deeply grateful for your commitment to our mission and your role in making this event a tremendous success. Your kindness and generosity are the driving forces behind our ability to support and enrich the lives of adults with disabilities.

Thank you once again for your support and for being a vital part of the Southside Unlimited community. We look forward to seeing you at our future events and continuing this journey together.

Harmony and Beats Choir

Harmony and Beats formed in 2022 from a group of people who love to sing. They bring a variety of showtunes, classic rock and pop favorites to encourage joy and calmness, connection to music and good harmony to the people who listen to them perform. They hope their musical performances will bring awareness to the disabled community to showcase independence and respect. So please dance, sing along and cheer together with us!

Dr. Beverly Wesner-Hoehn began her musical journey on piano at age six and started harp four years later, encouraged by her mother. She excelled in the Sacramento Youth Symphony and earned a Rotary Fellowship to study at the Music Conservatory in Brussels, where she received prestigious awards. Returning to the U.S., she completed her Doctor of Music degree at Indiana University and taught at the IU School of Music. Beverly has performed at notable venues including Carnegie Hall, Walt Disney World, and the World Harp Congress, and has released thirteen CDs, one of which was Grammy-nominated. On the west coast, she taught at California State University, Sacramento, and performed with various orchestras and artists, including Michael W. Smith and Celtic Woman.
